Dr. Ramesh Paladugu, MD RVT, RPVI, FACS

Dr. Ramesh Paladugu is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon providing advanced arterial and venous care in Fort Worth and throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. Fellowship trained at Baylor College of Medicine’s Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, he specializes in both minimally invasive endovascular procedures and complex vascular reconstruction.

He treats peripheral arterial disease (PAD), carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysms, limb-threatening ischemia, venous reflux disease, and chronic venous insufficiency. His expertise includes angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, aneurysm repair, dialysis access surgery, VenaSeal™, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy.

At Texas Vascular and Vein Center—the first IAC-accredited vein center in DFW—Dr. Paladugu is committed to improving circulation, preserving limbs, healing wounds, and restoring long-term vascular health.

Dr. Mythili Paladugu, MD, RPVI, DABA

Dr. Mythili Paladugu is board certified by the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and fellowship trained at Baylor College of Medicine. She serves patients throughout Fort Worth and the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex at Texas Vascular and Vein Center - the first IAC-accredited vein center in DFW for superficial and deep venous interventions. 

Dr. Mythili Paladugu specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, venous reflux disease, leg swelling, leg discoloration, venous stasis dermatitis, and venous leg ulcers. She performs advanced minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided procedures including VenaSeal™, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy to correct venous reflux and restore healthy circulation. 

She focuses on relieving symptoms, healing venous ulcers, improving skin changes, and  preventing progression of chronic venous disease.
