Dr. Ramesh Paladugu is a fellowship-trained vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in peripheral arterial disease (PAD), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), chronic venous insufficiency, limb-threatening ischemia, and the treatment of non-healing wounds and diabetic ulcers. He has served patients throughout Fort Worth and the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex since 2008 as the lead vascular surgeon at Texas Vascular and Vein Center and operates at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, Texas Health Harris Methodist Southwest Fort Worth, Medical City Fort Worth, and Medical City Alliance.
He completed his Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Fellowship at the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He also received the S. Timothy String Traveling Fellowship Award through the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery and trained at The Rane Center for Venous & Lymphatic Diseases.
Dr. Paladugu is board certified in Vascular Surgery and holds additional certifications in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM), Vascular Medicine (Endovascular - ABVM), Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr. Paladugu provides comprehensive arterial and venous care with a strong focus on restoring circulation, preserving limbs, managing DVT, treating chronic venous insufficiency, and treating the underlying vascular causes of non-healing wounds to prevent amputation and improve long-term vascular health.

Dr. Paladugu performs advanced endovascular procedures including angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, intravascular lithotripsy (IVL), endarterectomy, bypass and other complex limb salvage interventions to improve blood flow and promote wound healing. He also provides comprehensive DVT management and advanced venous treatments, including VenaSeal™, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy.
